90-Day Plan
A short document naming the priorities for the next ninety days, the owner of each item, and the dates they fall due. Clear enough to act on immediately.

Monthly Operating Rhythm
Close, review, correct, report. The same days each month, with the same senior partner, until disciplined finance becomes routine.
